Our team approach means that you have personal and specialized service with people who expertly manage each stage of your sale from listing to closing.  Your Listing Agent will implement the listing and marketing process with the support of a full-time Transaction and Marketing Manager.

We make it easy to say “yes” to showing requests from other agents or buyers.  Showings are conducted by the Listing Agent.   When your Listing Agent may not be available, our trained agents on the team can provide back-up to get your property shown.

Negotiations and “contract to close” processes are handled by your Listing Agent and Transaction Manager.  They process the necessary paperwork required by the management office and the buyer’s side of the transaction in a thorough and timely manner.

To enhance the seller’s ease of sale, your Listing Agent, or trained team member, will handle buyer inspections, any extra visits by the buyer, the final walk-through, and will address the myriad of questions posed by buyers throughout the sale.

Like your doctor, dentist or attorney, we have support staff to take care of “behind the scenes” details, allowing your Listing Agent to do the things they do best – get your home sold!  Our team collaborates to better serve your needs, while your Listing Agent is always prepared to be your go-to person.

I match people with property!

Looking for and finding the right property should be fun and exciting.  Yes, there are a lot of things to consider and worry about, but discovering the right property that a client wants is something I truly enjoy.  I have always enjoyed the search, the discovery, the negotiation, and the closing – whether to buy a place of my own or for a client.

Successfully matching people with property involves a number of skills.  I grew up in a construction family and have helped build a variety of projects, including custom homes and multi-story buildings.  I then became a lawyer and enjoyed a litigation practice for over 25 years.  But, I wanted to smile more.  And working in real estate lets me do just that.

I know what the buying experience is like, both for people wanting to become homeowners and for investors, as I have been both.  In order to better serve buyers I completed course work for the Accredited Buyer Representative certification.  I also work with sellers and am a Certified Home Marketing Specialist.  Having been both a buyer and a seller and having represented each gives me skills to successfully help today’s buyers to discover, negotiate for, and buy the home or investment property they are looking for.  Put me to work for you and let me open the door to your better Chicago home!

Skyline, Arts, and Culture, this is my Chicago. If you are buying or selling your home with us,  I am working behind the scenes to make sure your transaction is running smoothly and right on time. I have the knowledge and experience to properly process your paperwork, answer your questions, and keep you informed throughout the transaction process.

I also do my best to keep our contacts up to date with monthly newsletters and updated information on the market.

When I am not in the office, you can find me coordinating photo-shoots for our listings, representing our team at home inspections, and also working on bronze sculptures in my spare time! I received my BFA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2004, and have used my background in fine art, graphic and web design, marketing and social media to enhance our experience with you.
